Explore our packages within the product page, after choosing the package that fits your event, fill out the booking form and make sure to pay the retainer fee (50%) to secure your booking.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

For events, 1 Month-2 Weeks ahead is ideal.

For the Retainer fee, we only accept Maya and BPI via QR Code. The remaining balance can be paid the same way. Payment details are included in your invoice.

Raw files aren't included by default, but can be added on for ₱4,000. Note that unedited files won't reflect our final editing style or color grade.

Yes, and we encourage it for family groupings and key moments. Keep it to 10–15 priority shots so coverage stays fluid. For the cinematic and candid work, trust us to handle that.

All delivered photos come with a personal use license — print and share freely. Commercial use such as ads or brand campaigns requires a separate licensing agreement.

It depends on who was assigned to your event, but I’ll be in constant contact with you throughout the event.
We don't outsource or send replacements without your knowledge.

In a genuine emergency, we will arrange a qualified replacement from our network, brief them fully on your event, and notify you as early as possible. We will never leave you without coverage.

Additional time is billed at ₱1,000 for the photographer and ₱1,500 for the videographer per hour.
We'll check in with you before extending, so there are never any surprise charges.

We may feature select images on our Instagram, website, or portfolio for promotional use. If you'd prefer to keep your event private, let us know during booking — we'll respect that without question.

Yes, every booking is covered by an Agreement of Engagement that outlines the package, deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities for both parties. It protects you as much as it protects us — we don't take bookings without one.

It's the client's responsibility to inform us of any venue rules or restrictions before the event — no flash, restricted areas, dress code for vendors, etc. We'll work within those parameters as best we can.
Limitations that affect coverage must be disclosed ahead of time.

The tita iPad rule
We love your family's energy — but when titas, lolos, and ninongs line up with iPads and smartphones during key moments, it blocks our team's shots. During entrances, first dances, cake cutting, coin ceremonies, and other highlight moments, we kindly ask guests to lower their devices so we can capture the photos and videos you're actually paying for.
Guests are always welcome to take photos throughout the rest of the event. For the moments that belong in your gallery, let the official team handle it.
