• Standard packages: final edited gallery delivered within 7 days of the event.

• Longer coverage / higher-tier packages: final edited gallery delivered within 14 days of the event.

• Delivery windows begin the day after the event, not the booking date.

• Clients receive a preview of the edited gallery before final release.

• If revisions are requested, these are addressed before final delivery; extensive revision requests beyond the standard scope may adjust final balance and delivery date, communicated in advance.

• Full download access to the final gallery is granted only after the remaining balance is settled.

• Deliverables are edited digital gallery access only — raw/unedited files are not included unless separately arranged in writing.

To ensure the best coverage of your event, our team will announce itself before major moments begin (processional, family portraits, cake cutting, etc.). We ask that guests/attendees avoid blocking our team's line of sight or physical position during these announced moments, so nothing is missed on your behalf.

For full-day or multi-hour coverage, clients are asked to provide a meal for the assigned creative team during the event — standard practice for event coverage industry-wide, and appreciated by the team covering your day.

• Clients may request to reschedule; availability of the assigned team on the new date is not guaranteed.

• Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Any additional payments made beyond the retainer will be evaluated case-by-case.

• In the event of cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost will be offered.

• All photos/videos captured remain the intellectual property of Moventum Media.

• Clients are granted a personal-use license: printing, sharing, and posting on personal/social media is unrestricted.

• Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of delivered media without written permission from Moventum Media is not authorized.

• Moventum Media may use delivered work in its own portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

• Moventum Media takes reasonable care with all equipment and files, including on-site backups during coverage.

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or an incomplete shoot due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected portion of service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated cancellations, medical emergencies of assigned creatives, etc.) will be handled in good faith with rescheduling or partial refund options.

Online galleries are shared via private links. Clients are responsible for controlling who they share their gallery link with.
